Reporting to the Beverage Manager, you are accountable for the operation of the Intermission Bars and to provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to customers. You are also responsible for closing the bars at the end of your shift and for balancing cash receipts against the register sales.
• Successful completion of a high school diploma;• Smart Serve is required;• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar bartending position;• Possess experience with money transactions POS;• Ability to work an irregular schedule to meet business needs (days, evenings, weekends and holidays); • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and busy environment;• Possess experience in dealing with the public and excellent customer service skills;• Ability to follow specific directions; • Physical work will be required;• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb on a regular basis;• Must be able to push/pull carts weighing up to 100lb;• Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours;• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and reach hands and arms in any direction;• Bilingualism in both official languages (English and French);• A past record of satisfactory attendance and punctuality is a requirement*.*Regular attendance at work is an expectation of employment and an essential part of every job.
