Key Activities

Under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for completing all set-up duties on time and assisting your assigned server with a variety of duties.

Skill Requirements

• High school diploma;
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar fine dining position;
• Physical work will be required;
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis;
• Must be able to push/pull carts weighing up to 100lbs;
• Must be able to stand & exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours;
• Flexibility to work within an irregular schedule;
• Strong customer service skills;
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure;
• Fluency in both official languages is required;
• A past record of satisfactory attendance and punctuality is a requirement*.
