Key Activities

Under the direction of the Senior Box Office Coordinator, the Patron Services Specialist engages with and nurtures relationships with our customers in order to develop long-term loyalty. By handling patron inquiries, helping customers find just the right tickets or subscription package, by proactively offering information and items to enhance the customers’ experience, by consistently and accurately recording and using key customer data and by striving for first contact problem resolution, the Patron Services Specialist provides gold-standard patron care.

The Patron Services Specialist also helps with outreach efforts to connect further with our Patrons and performs other administrative activities associated with event promotions and ticket sales.

Skill Requirements

• Fluently bilingual in both official languages;
• High School degree with a minimum of one year of related experience;
• Experience in customer service;
• Experience in dealing with various monetary transactions;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and with a team;
• Good organizational skills and initiative;
• Familiarity with a computerized environment;
• Experience in ticket sales is an asset;
• A past record of satisfactory attendance and punctuality is a requirement*.
